Peru Expedition 2016
Posted On: 17/03/15
A big thank you to everyone who attended the talk from our Operation Wallacea representative last night. I am sure Rachel convinced you that participating in our Peru expedition in the summer of 2016 really will be an opportunity of a lifetime! This expedition definitely offers the “wow factor”: night time Caiman fishing, canoeing alongside pink river dolphins, surveying Piranha, spotting swooping Macaws, as well as the chance to observe Jaguars, Giant anteaters and Sloths in their natural habitat. When we come to the end of our two week sail down the Amazon, we will visit a local village and see a remote colonised town that is still not yet accessible by car.
For those who couldn't make it, it’s not too late! A Parentmail with approximate costing, fund raising ideas and of course a booking form will be coming out this week.
