Year 11 Exam information
Arrive in plenty of time – 8.45 am for a 9.00 am start and 12.50 pm for a 1.10 pm start.
(except afternoon exams on Friday 24th May will start at 1pm).
Please adhere to the agreed examination dress code. No outdoor wear including scarves can be worn in the exam room.
Note the location of your exam and your seat number from the notice board outside the Hall.
You must enter the exam room in silence and remain silent until you leave it.
You must not bring mobile phones, smart watches or any other unauthorised materials into any exam room or isolation room/location.
(if it is absolutely necessary to bring any of these item to school on exam days they must be left at student reception as soon as you come into school)
You may not bring food or drink into the exam room except for a small transparent plastic bottle of water with no label and a sports cap.
You must provide your own black pens, pencils,
erasers, calculators etc. These should be placed in a transparent plastic pencil case or bag.
Correcting fluid/ pens are banned by the

You may collect your results:
From the Hall
between 10am and 12pm on
Thursday 22nd August 2019
Results that have not been collected during at this time will be posted out first class to your home address.
Results will not be given over the telephone under any circumstance.
If you have asked someone else tocollect your results please provide them with your signed consent.

REGULATIONS IS IN YOUR EXAM INFORMATION BOOKLET.
IT WILL ALSO BE ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE AND ON THE EXAMS NOTICE BOARD OUTSIDE THE HALL
You must make sure you read the handout that is in your results envelope.
This will give you information and deadlines regarding enquiries about results, script requests and other general points.
Any result enquiries/requests received after the given deadline dates will not be processed.
